Job description
Big Dreamers ABA is opening a new center in McDonough, GA and seeks an experienced BCBA to launch and lead the clinic. You will shape clinical standards, build a team, and drive operations with a focus on quality and growth.
You will supervise BCBAs and staff, oversee treatment planning, ensure BACB/Ga requirements, and manage relationships with referrals and payers while maintaining a growing leadership role.
