Job description
EnscribeAI is seeking a Founding Chief Technology Officer to define and own the company's technical vision. This hybrid role allows flexibility in working from home while being based in the Washington DC–Baltimore area.
You will lead hands-on architecture and development of data infrastructure and LLM training pipelines, while building and managing a high-performance engineering organization. The ideal candidate has strong technical leadership, experience in software development, and comes from a background in AI or machine learning.
