Job description
HavenStone in Colorado Springs seeks a Founding Director to lead startup operations from pre-opening to opening and ongoing daily management. You will own scheduling, licensing readiness, enrollment, curriculum quality, and center culture, while building relationships with families and staff.
You will recruit, coach, and retain teachers, drive systems for safety and excellence, and partner with families to create a thriving community. This is a high-visibility, ownership-driven opportunity.
