Job description
Paylocity seeks a technical, hands-on manager to lead a newly formed early-career engineering team in the Rochester, NY area. You’ll shape the team’s direction, mentor engineers, and own the delivery of AI Labs projects from day one.
You will collaborate with executives and stakeholders to balance technical depth with business framing, building cloud-based, scalable, secure solutions while fostering an in-person, growth-focused culture in Rochester and Pittsford.
