Job description

Join BLP Digital — The #1 Solution for ERP Automation

BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. Spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, we build AI agents that automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for some of the world's largest enterprises. We solve real enterprise problems with cutting-edge technology and a strong sense of ownership.

Our solution is live in 40+ countries, used by 550+ customers, and automates 70,000+ processes every day, including for Fortune 500 companies. As one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups, our success stems from deep expertise in technology and business processes, delivering a product with outstanding product-market fit, proven by a growing global customer base.

We've recently welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor, and we're now expanding into the UK and USA. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today.

What the job actually feels like

Most SDR jobs end when the meeting gets booked. This one starts there. You will hear "no" ten times before you hear "yes," and the "yes" is a 30-minute discovery call with a CFO, CIO, CPO or COO at a Fortune 500 manufacturer, where you run the meeting, present the value proposition, and build the stakeholder map live. The Senior SDRs who win here treat every "no" as a data point and every "yes" as a chair at the table.

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will own outreach into enterprise accounts across manufacturing, retail, CPG, pharma, and healthcare. You will work closely with our Sales team to prospect and build relationships with CFO, CIO, CPO and COO stakeholders, and generate opportunities for the platform that transforms core business processes from human effort into agentic workflows, starting with Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.

Our customers are organizations with high process complexity and high transaction volume. You will take a proactive approach, accelerate the sales process, convert leads into qualified opportunities, and consistently hit your targets.

Tech stack

You will work with a sharp outbound stack: HubSpot as our CRM and source of truth, Clay for enrichment and signal-based prospecting, Lusha for contact data, and LinkMatch to keep LinkedIn and HubSpot in sync without manual logging.

What you'll do

Take ownership of strategic outreach into enterprise accounts through cold calls and personalized messages, engaging CFO, CIO, CPO and COO stakeholders.

Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the specific pain points of stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT in Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.

Prospect large accounts and build multi-threaded stakeholder maps across Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT and the executive sponsor.

Run and present in 30-minute discovery calls with C-level stakeholders. You own the meeting, not just the booking.

Position blp against point tools and fragmented stacks (OCR, IDP, workflow automation, RPA, copilots) with an end-to-end, exceptions-first narrative.

Stay ahead of the market by continuously updating your commercial knowledge, analyzing procurement and finance processes, and tracking industry trends in agentic AI and ERP automation.

Prioritize complex tasks with clients and identify potential bottlenecks to keep things moving forward.

Own a pipeline generation target and report proactively on progress, risks, and what you need from the organization.

We're excited about you because

You have 1 to 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, ideally selling into manufacturing, industrial, or finance and procurement buyers, with a track record of building stakeholder maps in complex enterprise accounts while consistently exceeding targets.

You communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, and adapt your style to a CFO, CIO, CPO or COO conversation.

You handle rejection with resilience and keep your momentum through long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

You are a team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.

You enjoy problem-solving and have a natural curiosity that drives you to find creative solutions.

What you'll get

Training and development. A three-month onboarding process with ongoing support to set you up for success.

Aligned incentives with the AE team. You share the same on-target earnings structure as our Account Executives, because you share the same goal. Your work is treated as revenue generation, not lead handoff.

A stake in what you build. Long-term participation in the company's success, with details discussed openly during the process.

25 days of paid vacation. European-standard time off, well above the US norm, because sustained performance depends on it.

A transparent path forward. Progression criteria are published in advance and assessed against revenue contribution, so you always know what the next step requires.

Growth and autonomy. Build your own success path in a rapidly scaling, internationally expanding company.

Exceptional colleagues. Ambitious, collaborative people from strong academic and professional backgrounds who push each other toward excellence.
