Job description

JK Executive Strategies is partnering with RochesterWorks and FLX ON-RAMP to recruit a founding Executive Director in Rochester, NY. The role is to build the program from the ground up, recruit staff, form partnerships, and oversee daily operations while driving funding and growth.

The Executive Director will connect job seekers with training and employment, pilot services, and guide the transition to a 501(c)(3) status, reporting to an advisory board and MCC collaboration partners.
