Job description
Fourth Floor in Palm Beach, FL seeks a hands-on General Manager to launch and lead day-to-day operations. You will own the P&L, budget, forecasting and weekly reporting across revenue and margins while building a discreet, guest-first hospitality culture.
You'll hire and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory, events and partnerships, and grow the business across store, e-commerce and memberships. This is a foundational leadership role for a new luxury retail destination.
