Job description
STA is seeking a Founding Head of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function from the ground up. You will own strategy, budget, and execution, with product marketing and ABM at the core. This role reports to the leadership team and shapes the company’s narrative and market stance.
You will set positioning, drive account-based growth, develop sales plays and enablement materials, and define KPIs tying activity to pipeline and expansion. Fully remote in US with preference for PST time zone.
