Job description
Hedge is seeking a founding Head of Markets to build and operate the market-access foundation behind our distribution platform. You will own carrier and MGA appointments, capacity strategy, and the operational readiness required to place business.
You will establish market relationships, negotiate partnerships, and drive activation across portals, submissions, and codes, partnering with brokers, underwriting, product, and compliance to enable scalable placement.
