Job description
After Adam seeks its first Head of Sales, a founding-team role to build and lead a field sales team from the ground up. You’ll report to the CEO, sell in the field while recruiting and coaching reps on commission, and help define payout structures.
You’ll recruit, train and coach reps, manage territories, run weekly pipelines, and use the tablet app and CRM to drive real numbers. Equity and performance-based earnings align with growth.
