Job description
OpenAI Foundation in San Francisco, CA seeks its founding Head of Talent to own hiring from the ground up. You will lead the recruiting function end to end across technical, research, program, and operating roles, while building the team you will grow and partnering with our senior leaders.
This in-office role requires a proven track record of scaling recruiting in frontier AI or similarly high-bar environments, with strong executive-level closing skills and a mission-aligned mindset.
