Job description
Our client in healthcare technology seeks a Founding Business Development Lead to join an early-stage company and build the outbound motion. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape the GTM strategy, target health plans and risk-bearing organizations, and generate a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach and industry networks.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in BD, a track record of creating executive meetings, and comfort in a founder-led environment where responsibilities evolve
