Job description
Rebar, an AI-powered platform for the construction supply chain, seeks a Founding Marketing Lead to build and scale its marketing engine across demand generation, brand, content, and partnerships. You’ll work with the CEO and Head of Sales to shape market presence, drive pipeline, and evolve into Head of Marketing as the team grows.
You’ll own external presence across channels, craft messaging, run events, and drive a category-defining narrative in construction AI.
