Headquarters Health, Inc. seeks a physician to lead its virtual concussion clinic as Medical Director, with a clear path to Chief Medical Officer. You will define care delivery, hire clinicians, and represent us in the medical world while seeing patients remotely.
Start remote and part-time/contract, with relocation to San Francisco as we grow into full-time leadership. You’ll shape protocols, recruit talent, and build a national telehealth program that sets the standard in concussion care.
