Job description
Little Luminaries Montessori is launching in the Nashville area and seeks a dynamic leader to guide the school's educational vision and daily operations. You will build culture, uphold Montessori fidelity, recruit and develop staff, manage enrollment, and ensure licensing compliance as the founders' partner in growing the program.
You will lead a team of ~25 staff, oversee budgets, and drive a positive family experience while expanding classrooms and future schools.
