BayCare Medical Group is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to launch a brand-new program at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Florida. You will help build clinical workflows, shape program development, and foster a culture of excellence from day one.
The role offers 174 shifts per year with night call, focusing on inpatient pediatric care, newborn coverage, and collaborative practice with nurses, APPs, and leadership to improve outcomes.
