Job description
Hedge is hiring a founding wholesale broker to build and own our property practice. You will combine retail-agency relationships, market judgment, placement craft, and relentless follow-through to produce durable revenue in commercial property and related placements. Based in San Francisco, this role is in-person six days a week.
Equity is 0.50% at hire with up to 0.25% performance grant. Base salary is $125K–$250K, with a target OTE of $500K.
