We’re a small team with big ambitions, and we’re hiring four Founding Recruiters to help build the business from the ground up.
We’re not looking for experienced recruiters.
We’re looking for commercially minded people who are early enough in their careers to be shaped by the right environment, and ambitious enough to do what it takes to reach their true potential.

Six-figure earning potential, with top performers capable of $250K-$500K+

Have 1-3 years in an outbound sales or commercial role (SDR, BDR, SaaS, logistics, recruitment, real estate… we care more about mindset than background)
