Job description
Encord is hiring a founding Sales Director to lead revenue growth across markets and build a high-performing sales organization. You will report to the VP of Global Sales, inherit a team, and shape go-to-market as Encord scales in the AI data platform space.
You will own revenue growth across multiple markets, engage with AI and tech buyers, and drive GTM strategy while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. This is a founding leadership role with broad scope.
