Job description
Vocca is seeking a Founding GTM Lead to build, lead, and scale our US revenue engine from the ground up. This is a rare 0→1 leadership role that starts hands-on, personally closing deals alongside our founding AEs to set the standard and learn the market.
You will hire, coach, and run a world‑class US sales organization, owning the number, playbook, and strategy as we aim for tens—and then hundreds—of millions in revenue. This is the floor, not the ceiling.
