Job description
J&T Business Consulting in Spokane, WA is seeking a Foundry Engineering Manager to lead the foundry engineering function, driving throughput, scrap reduction, and casting quality across molding, melting, and finishing. This hands-on role acts as the primary technical problem solver and provides strategic recommendations to department managers and senior leadership.
This is a technical, hands-on position focused on root-cause analysis and process improvement, not a quality systems administration
