Job description
Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead teams in our modern gray and ductile iron foundry in Shawano, WI. In this role, you will coordinate daily production, enforce strict safety standards, and ensure quality castings are produced on time. You will schedule and direct operators, monitor equipment and process performance, and respond quickly to issues affecting safety, throughput, or quality. The supervisor supports training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting teamwork and reliability while helping employees grow within the Charter Manufacturing family.
