Four-Slide Operator – 1st ShiftJoin a team where precision and quality come first. R&L Spring Company is looking for a Four-Slide Operator to set up, run, and maintain machines that produce high-precision metal components. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality parts, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate four-slide machines to cut, punch and form metal componentsRead blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)Perform in-process inspections and adjust tooling as neededDocument production data and complete required paperworkMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWhat You'll Need:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience setting up and operating four-slide or similar forming machines preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsManufacturing or metal-forming machine experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and follow written instructionsProficient with measuring tools and comfortable using tablets for data entryStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskPhysical Requirements:Regular standing, walking, and handling of materialsAble to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionallyWe're a family-owned company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and growth.
