Revelstoke Capital Partners is hiring an FP&A Analyst for one of our portfolio companies, a fast growing multi-site healthcare services business.

About the Role
The company is growing quickly, and its finance function is growing with it. The FP&A Analyst is a high visibility role who will take on a meaningful share of the reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that run the business, including 3 statement modeling and various other ad hoc analyses. This is not a traditional corporate FP&A seat. You will be trained to know every part of the business, from marketing analytics to revenue cycle performance, and turn those numbers into a story that executive leadership and Revelstoke can act on. It's a role for someone who wants broad exposure, real accountability, and a front row view of how a PE backed healthcare platform is run.
Responsibilities
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual internal reporting, including the board reporting package, with commentary that explains what is driving results and what to do about it
Build, maintain, and improve budgets and forecasts, including three statement models, across business units and sites
Produce side analyses as needed, including payroll analysis and cash forecasting, and keep them current as the business changes
Develop a working understanding of every part of the business and use it to identify the drivers behind financial performance
Turn analyses into finished executive materials, taking a rough outline or PowerPoint frame and building the story and the supporting numbers behind it
Partner with site, regional, and operational leaders to build site level budgets, track performance against targets, and analyze profitability by site, service line, and payer to surface margin opportunities
Track key performance indicators, build dashboards that improve visibility into the business, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes
Take ownership of workstreams from start to finish as the role develops, running them independently to support the Director of FP&A
Support the CFO and Director of FP&A on special projects and ad hoc analyses for executive leadership and Revelstoke
Qualifications
2+ years in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate finance, including FP&A or a PE backed portfolio company
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling skills
Strong communication with executives and non finance stakeholders
A self starter who learns a business quickly and owns open ended projects
Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail with large datasets
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Preferred Skills
Exposure to healthcare services
Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as Power BI or Databricks
