Job description
A Global Bank is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as an FP&A Associate.
Responsibilities:
Prepare recurring financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting business performance and key trends.
Analyze revenue, expenses, and operating metrics to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decisions.
Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and explain key drivers.
Partner with Finance and business teams to maintain accurate data and consistent reporting.
Support expense allocations, reconciliations, and cross-functional planning projects.
Improve reporting processes and identify opportunities to automate routine analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
3+ years of financial planning, analysis, or management reporting experience within financial services.
Experience working with large data sets, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Strong Excel and presentation skills; experience with financial reporting systems preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
SQL, Python, or reporting automation experience is a plus.
