The company's custom connectivity solutions business complements its standards-based portfolio, enabling customers to deploy tailored architectures to meet their unique infrastructure requirements.OverviewAs a FP&A Business Unit Controller you will be primarily responsible for managing the business partnering relationships for the R&D business units including their annual budgets and quarterly forecast updates and actual performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial processes and complex transaction flows with a desire to grow and contribute in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role must communicate and organize tasks well to be effective.Primary ResponsibilitiesEstablish strong partnership with leadership to help business owners manage their business effectivelyLead all forecasting and analysis activities for the business owners including: annual plan, quarterly forecast updates and strategic planningDevelop, analyze, and interpret financial data to evaluate operating results against budget and profitability metricsProvide analytical insights, assess risks, and guide senior leadership in strategic decision-makingCollaborate with Corporate Finance on various projects as neededProvide business analysis and support where neededQualifications8+ years experience in FP&A and business partnering, preferably in semiconductor or other manufacturingExcellent financial modeling and business partnering skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGreat organization and communication skills, able to work effectively with the business to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with basic GAAP concepts (revenue recognition, accruals, capitalization vs expense)Advanced Excel skillsFamiliar with Oracle planning toolsStrong understanding of financial transaction flows and financial reportingStrong feeling of ownership over business processes and desire to improve and make them more efficientBachelor's degree in Finance or related fieldSalary range is $160,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, level, and business need.
