Job description
BGRE seeks a Director of Finance to lead the North America regional FP&A team, driving consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for Brookfield's office portfolio. You will enhance models, manage IFRS forecasts, and partner with executives to inform decisions at the highest level.
The role requires 8–10 years in FP&A with 3–5 years in leadership, experience in commercial real estate, and strong modeling and communication skills.
