nThe Doors Internship Program is an immersive experience designed to build your expertise, grow your network, and give you hands-on experience across different functions. You’ll work on real-world tasks and/or projects, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and be part of a company that enhances people’s lives through innovation in comfort-driven design and manufacturing.

nThe Finance team atPHC USsupports business strategy and operational decision‑making through financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics. As PHC US continues to grow, the FP&A function is focused on strengthening financial visibility, standardizing processes, and building scalable planning and reporting capabilities to support leadership and operations.
nThe FP&A Intern will help lay the groundwork for a strong, data‑driven FP&A organization within PHC US. You will support the development and expansion of FP&A capabilities at PHC US. This role provides hands‑on exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while contributing to the build‑out of FP&A processes and tools.
nThis position is ideal for someone interested in corporate finance who wants to gain practical experience while helping shape a growing FP&A function within a U.S.-based business segment.
nSo, what will you be doing as an FP&A Intern?
nnnFP&A Function Development– Support the establishment and enhancement of FP&A processes specific to PHC US.
n
nnFinancial Reporting & Analysis– Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management summaries.
n
nnBudgeting & Forecasting Support– Help gather inputs, maintain models, and support forecast and budget cycles.
n
nnData Management & Validation– Collect, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data to ensure accuracy.
n
nnModeling & Tools– Assist with developing and improving financial models, templates, and dashboards used by PHC US.
n
nnBusiness Support– Provide analytical support for ad‑hoc requests from finance leadership and business partners.
n
nnProcess Improvement– Help document FP&A workflows and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency.
n
nnAdditional duties as assigned.
n
n nTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
nnnCurrently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
n
nnStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
n
nnProficiency or working knowledge ofExceland financial data analysis.
n
nnAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
n
nnStrong communication skills and willingness to learn.
n
n nThings we consider a plus:
nnnCoursework or experience infinancial planning, forecasting, or budgeting.
n
nnExposure to financial modeling or large datasets.
n
nnFamiliarity with financial systems or reporting tools.
n
nnInterest in supporting agrowing U.S.-based finance organization.
