Gerdau in Tampa, FL is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support FP&A Manager for planning, strategy, and business development. The role analyzes actuals vs forecasts and develops recommendations to improve performance and forecast accuracy.
You will lead a small team, mentor analysts, coordinate planning processes, perform ad hoc analyses, and support merger activity as needed. Travel is minimal and the role offers exposure to senior management.
