nOur client seeks an FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to develop a long-term strategic budget, build a 3 to 5 year outlook, confirm actuals, and support the next annual budgeting cycle. The consultant will extract and structure data from NetSuite, create reporting to track performance versus plan, and partner with leadership to translate insights into actionable financial recommendations. Engagement is part-time at three days per week for an initial three-month term with potential extension.

nRate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2

nResponsibilities:

nnnDevelop a multi-year strategic financial model and long-range plan.

n

nnBuild annual budget models and rolling forecasts with scenario analysis.

n

nnExtract, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data from NetSuite.

n

nnConfirm monthly and quarterly actuals and prepare variance analyses.

n

nnCreate executive-ready reports and dashboards to track KPIs and trends.

n

nnPartner with leadership to translate insights into budget adjustments and initiatives.

n

nnEstablish planning calendars, templates, and process controls.

n

nnSupport ad hoc analysis for pricing, margin, and cost optimization.

n nExperience Requirements:

nnn5+ years in FP&A with ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

n

nnHands-on NetSuite experience including data extraction and reporting.

n

nnAdvanced Excel and proficiency with financial modeling and scenario building.

n

nnExperience creating executive-level presentations and KPI dashboards.

n

nnBackground in consumer products or manufacturing preferred.

n

nnConsulting experience and ability to operate three days per week.
