Title: FPGA Design and Verification Contractor
Term: Long-Term Contract/Perm Possible
Location: Remote/USA

Requirements
Responsibilities:
5+ years developing complex FPGA-based digital designs using SoCs with embedded processing, high-speed interfaces, and custom IP
Perform FPGA verification and documentation
Ability to read schematics and apply verification methodologies
Translate system-level requirements into FPGA design specifications
Write high-quality SystemVerilog to meet performance, quality, and schedule targets
Develop and execute test and verification strategies for FPGA designs.
Drive best practices for design quality, development processes, and continuous improvement
Create modular, reusable, synthesizable and verification IP for current and future projects
Support debug and defect resolution, including validation, logging, and root-cause analysis
Skills:
Experience with ARM-based systems, build tools (make, git), and CI/CD
Experience with Questa, Vivado, and Github Actions
Experience with FPGA, firmware, and embedded system testing
Xilinx design (Block Design, AXI IP) and custom IP integration
SystemVerilog, Python, TCL, Bash
Knowledge of embedded protocols (I2C, QSPI, UART, PCIe, etc.)
Familiar with BMC management and protocols (IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, Redfish)
Experience with ARM-based systems, build tools (make, git), and CI/CD.
