Job description
Vessel Advisors is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to serve as the financial leadership partner for a multi-office law firm transitioning its finance function to a fractional operating model. This is a partner-level seat, building cash flow forecasting around litigation funding and educating equity and non-equity partners on firm economics.
The role will stand up foundational financial infrastructure, formalize month-end close, AR/AP and controls, and manage relationships with litigation
