Job description
A financial investment firm is seeking a Fractional Compliance Lead to oversee DDQ and governance. This role is initially performance-based, moving to a retainer as work becomes recurrent. Responsibilities include managing diligence responses, governance policies, and AML/KYC workflows. The ideal candidate has significant compliance experience, particularly within private equity, and a strong understanding of regulatory processes. The position requires flexibility with expected hours varying between 3 to 8 hours weekly and comfort communicating under pressure.
