Fractional Director, Business Development (Gene Therapy)

Job description

Genezen is seeking a Director of Business Development (Fractional) to drive our sales strategy in the gene and cell therapy space. You will partner with the Commercial team to identify new CDMO clients, coordinate client visits and proposals, and negotiate agreements.

This remote leadership role requires 8+ years in sales or client relationships, ideally in bio-manufacturing or CDMO environments, with CRM experience and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
