Job description
Frame Shop Team MemberAt ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As part of our Frame Shop team, you'll help assemble the frames and components that go into products built for quality, durability, and performance.Like working with your hands and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day? This could be the job for you.Our Frame Shop team works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.If you're dependable, ready to learn, and take pride in building things the right way, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Be DoingAssemble frames and components according to work instructions and specificationsMeasure, align, fit, and fasten parts during the assembly processInstall hardware and other components as requiredUse hand and power tools safely and correctlyRead work orders, drawings, and production instructionsVerify parts and materials before beginning assemblyInspect completed work for proper fit, alignment, and overall qualityIdentify and report damaged, incorrect, or defective partsMake adjustments as needed to ensure assemblies meet quality standardsKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeWork with your team to meet daily production goalsFollow all safety procedures and quality standardsHelp identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiencyWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:Reliable and dependableComfortable working with their handsAble to accurately use a tape measureDetail-oriented and able to follow instructionsComfortable using hand and power toolsPositive and eager to learnA team player with a strong work ethicAble to work independently when neededComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCommitted to producing accurate, quality workPhysical Requirements:Standing and walking throughout the shiftLifting up to 50 lbs.Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneelingGripping, handling, and positioning parts and materialsUsing hand and power tools throughout the workdayWorking around manufacturing equipmentPerforming repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detailWhat You Can Expect:Day Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMThree-day weekendsOccasional Friday overtime during busy seasonMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offOpportunities for advancementCompany BBQsAnnual company picnicChristmas partyEmployee contests, raffles, and giveawaysTeam events throughout the yearReady to Join the Team?If you're ready for a hands-on job where you can build something, learn new skills, and see the results of your work at the end of every shift, apply today.
