Optical Sales RepresentativeTo uncover the visual needs of our patients. Recommend the best procedures and products that meets those needs. Build Brand by exemplary Customer Service Experience. Some optical retail helpful but willing to train the right candidate.Major Roles and Responsibilities:Personally assist customers by giving prompt, courteous and professional service.Knowledge of Optical InsuranceProduct KnowledgeKnowledge of promotions, sales and discounts of CompanyDispense optical eye wear in accordance with professional standardsPerforms repairs, adjustments, verifies accuracy of completed eye wearInstruct Contact Lens insertion and removal classAchieve established Sales and Customer Service objectivesKnowledge and Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to travelOrganizational skillsComputer skillsBe able to neutralize eyeglass lensesKnowledge of basic mathematics and algebraQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious Optical Sales/Retail Sales and/or Customer Service work experienceAble to work flexible hours including some nights and Saturday
