Job description
Decimal LLC is seeking a Principal to run its White Plains franchise location, taking on client delivery, operations, and growth with ownership-like accountability.
You will lead Accounting Managers, manage client onboarding, and build relationships with referral partners while upholding Decimal’s standards and values.
Initial focus on firm management, client delivery, and business development, with progression toward leadership and strategy in a growing network.
