A high-growth, globally recognised specialty beverage brand is looking for a Franchise Development Manager to drive expansion across the East Coast. This is a field-based, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes franchise growth — from prospecting new partners to getting new locations open.
What You'll Do
* * Identify, qualify, and close new franchise partners across East Coast markets — single and multi-unit operators
* Manage the full franchise sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, industry events, and referral networks
* Support new franchisees through site selection, pre-opening, and grand opening
* Target non-traditional venues — airports, universities, travel hubs — as well as traditional retail
* Report on pipeline, conversion rates, and market development to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
* * 3-6 years in franchise development, franchise sales, or BD within restaurants, F&B, or specialty beverage
* Proven track record closing franchise agreements with single and multi-unit operators
* Background in fast-casual, QSR, or beverage concepts strongly preferred
* Non-traditional venue experience a big plus
* Strong commercial acumen, CRM discipline, and comfortable with regular East Coast travel
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
