Job description
InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Franchise Development Director to lead sales and development strategies across Georgia and Florida. You will prospect, qualify, structure, negotiate and close franchise deals, expanding the brand portfolio and maximizing shareholder value.
Travel 40–60% is required; the role reports to Asset Management/Owner Relations. You will coordinate licensing, develop annual business plans, and engage investment groups to generate deal leads.
