Tous les Jours is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant II to act as the primary operational partner between franchisees and the corporate office. The FBC II will manage a portfolio of 10–15 stores, driving revenue growth and ensuring brand standards, QSC compliance, and policy adherence.
The role emphasizes hands-on NSO support, sales performance analysis, menu and promotions optimization, and proactive franchisee communications.
