Job description
LeapBrands is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary link between our client and the franchise community. This role focuses on coaching owners to increase sales and reduce costs by optimizing operations, marketing, and human resources across their restaurant portfolio.
The FBC will leverage leadership and consultative expertise to drive improvements, monitor key performance metrics, and advocate for franchisees with the restaurant support center.
