Job description
The Only Facial is seeking a Franchise & Regional Manager to lead corporate stores and coach franchise owners. This role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and client experience across the corporate and franchise network.
You will partner with store managers and leadership to ensure brand standards, drive revenue, and oversee staffing, budgets, and field operations. Travel will be regular to support openings and visits.
