Job description
CJ Foodville USA is seeking an Franchise Business Consultant II to partner with Tous les Jours franchisees and the corporate office. You will manage a portfolio of 10–15 stores, drive revenue growth, and ensure QSC compliance through hands-on NSO support and data-driven recommendations.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will travel domestically up to 75% to optimize store operations, launch new products, and train staff while aligning with brand standards across the network.
