Job description
Subway is seeking a Director, Franchise Performance to lead MFPs across a multi‑territory region and drive franchise profitability and brand standards. This senior role requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and executive‑level relationship management.
You will partner with Finance on P&L health, oversee new openings/remodels, and champion adoption of Subway tools. Extensive travel (40–60%) and collaboration with cross‑functional partners are essential.
