Job description
Subway is seeking a Director, Franchise Performance for South & Central FL to drive franchise performance, profitability, and brand standards. The role leads multiple MFPs, sets regional strategy, and serves as the executive relationship owner for large franchisees. Based in Central or South Florida, travel 40–60% is required.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, 8+ years in franchise management, and 3+ years of people leadership. MBA strongly preferred.
