Client Overview
A leading beauty brand is seeking a Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador to support retail sales, customer engagement, and brand presentation across select Ulta locations.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$25/hr
Position Overview
The Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador will represent a beauty brand across rotating Ulta locations. This role will focus on driving sales, providing personalized product recommendations, supporting store performance, and maintaining strong brand presentation.
Responsibilities Of The Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador
Support customer experience, sales goals, and key KPIs.
Engage with customers and provide personalized beauty product recommendations.
Educate customers on products and drive sales through cross-selling.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing brand displays.
Execute planograms and assist with product restocking.
Complete light in-store operational tasks.
Upload photos and shift updates through the Repsly app.
Obtain and submit daily sales reports from the Ulta store manager.
Work at rotating Ulta locations.
Required Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador
Previous makeup or beauty experience.
High-volume sales experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfortable using a mobile app for shift tracking and reporting.
Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for 7-hour shifts.
Ability to travel to rotating Ulta locations.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador
Previous Ulta or beauty retail experience.
Experience working toward sales goals and KPIs.
Previous Beauty Brand Ambassador or Field Consultant experience.
Strong knowledge of makeup and beauty products.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
