Freelance Brand Scaling (APPOINTMENT SETTERS) at Ace MediaKey Responsibilities:MUST HAVE GOOD ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS.COMMISION BASED PAY + PERFORMANCE BONUSESIdentify & research potential clients on Etsy, Google/Yelp, and email listsSend outreach (cold calling, contacting clients from google sheets, to book them into a call)Follow up with leads to move them toward booking a callExperience with short Google Meets calls with client, I will help train you as well.Conduct high-value sales calls using our framework to close dealsMaintain accurate records of all outreach & follow-ups in our CRMWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing (preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce)Confident communicator via text, email, and phoneAble to build rapport quickly & handle objections with easeSelf-motivated & able to work without constant supervisionGoal-oriented with a competitive edgeBonus: Experience with Meta ads, funnels, or online business niches
