Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring projects (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering).
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, offline sourcing).
Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment flow.
Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure recruitment targets are met within deadlines.
Prepare recruitment reports and updates for stakeholders on a regular basis.
Collaborate with operations and HR team to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically handling mass hiring projects.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring large numbers of candidates within tight timelines.
Strong networking and sourcing skills, both online and offline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiar with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
