We're looking for individuals with attention to detail that enjoy working in a team environment.What You'll Do for Us?Ensure efficient operation of case forming, case packing, labeling and all other downstream equipmentPerform package quality checks and maintain accurate records and logsWork directly with maintenance personnel, other line personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficienciesTroubleshoot and correct machinery or quality problemsPrepare all equipment used in the manufacturing process to ensure smooth, sanitary and safe operationQualifications & Requirements:Must possess a High school diploma or GED equivalentMust be certified on training plan for this position within 6 months of start dateThe ability to read, write and speak the English language is requiredWorking knowledge of production environment and machineryAttention to detail and the ability to visually identify materials defectsComputer literacy and strong mechanical aptitudeThe ability to use common hand tools and small power tools is requiredGood math and communication skills are essentialFlexibility to work any shift as required in a 24/5 operating facility with little noticeMust be a team player and be willing to rotate positions as neededParticipation in job development training and cross-training on all equipment is requiredWhat We Can Do For You?Experience: Join a global organization and the opportunity to learn and growBenefits: Full benefits package that starts on day one of employmentThe Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
