Job description
Freezer Forklift OperatorWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Freezer Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position requires working in a cold storage environment while safely operating a variety of powered industrial equipment to move, store, and organize products. Candidates must be comfortable working in freezing temperatures and committed to maintaining a safe, productive workplace.Responsibilities:Safely operate: Stand-up forkliftsSit-down forkliftsReach trucksCherry pickersDouble rider pallet jacksLoad, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.Accurately pick and replenish inventory.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.Perform daily equipment inspections.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Meet daily productivity and quality standards.Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.Requirements:Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.Must be comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift.Steel-toe boots are required.Must be reliable and punctual.Must successfully pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen, including THC.Ability to work overtime and optional Saturdays when needed.What We're Looking For:Strong attention to safetyPositive attitude and dependable work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to meeting productivity goals
